SUPPORTING YOU WHEN IT MATTERS most.

YOU WANT things to CHANGE AND you feel STUCK.

Life has a way of bringing us to moments when the things that used to work no longer do. Maybe you're navigating a transition, questioning what you want, or finding yourself caught in patterns you don't quite understand. Therapy can be a space to slow down, look beneath the surface, and make sense of what’s really going on. Together, we can create a clearer understanding of where you’ve been, where you are now, and what you want moving forward.

You might be here because …

MY NAME’S JESS.

My path into the mental health field is both professional and personal. As a teenager, I experienced anxiety and depression — challenges that led me to psychotherapy and, ultimately, to a deeper understanding of how profoundly early emotional experiences shape our internal lives.

Therapy was not simply a set of tools. It was an opportunity to understand the underlying dynamics influencing how I felt, related, and interpreted the world. That experience continues to inform my work today, grounding it in both empathy and respect for the complexity of psychological change.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Gender Studies from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Wayne State University. My clinical training spans both adolescent and adult settings, including outpatient and inpatient care, where I developed a strong foundation in psychodynamic, cognitive, and relational treatment models.

Over time, my work has increasingly centered on insight-oriented psychotherapy with adults. I am particularly interested in how early attachment experiences, internalized expectations, and unconscious patterns shape identity, anxiety, and relational functioning.

GET STARTED:

01

Reach Out

We'll start by understanding what's happening and what brought you in. You can reach out by email, text or phone.

02

Get to work

We’ll start with a short history, then look at the patterns, experiences, relationships, and beliefs underneath it.

03

See change

The goal is greater clarity, self-awareness, and the ability to move through life differently.

THERAPY THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE.

You don’t have to come to therapy with a perfectly defined problem—or even know exactly what you need.

Sometimes you just know that something feels off. Therapy is a place to slow things down and get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns with honesty and compassion.

The goal isn’t to turn you into someone different. It’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, feel more grounded in who you are, and create meaningful change in the parts of your life that matter most.
