I am located in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. Sessions take place in our private office space at 280 N Old Woodward Ave. For individuals throughout the state of Michigan, I offer virtual sessions as an alternative option.

I offer secure, confidential video sessions that allow you to meet with me from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Telehealth can be a convenient option if getting to the office isn't practical or you simply prefer meeting virtually. Before your first session, you'll receive everything you need to connect easily from your phone, tablet, or computer.

I offer limited in - person sessions at my office in downtown, Birmingham. Sessions are scheduled Monday - Wednesday at this time.

My fee is $190 per 53 minute session. I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and can bill your insurance directly. For clients who are out of network, I am happy to provide a Superbill for reimbursement.

Many of my clients come to therapy for the first time as adults. There's no prior experience required — only a willingness to explore. The consultation call is a low-pressure way to ask questions and get a feel for what the process is like before committing to anything.

The first session is an opportunity for me to learn more about you — what's brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to understand or change. It's also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Psychodynamic therapy is depth-oriented work, and meaningful change takes time. Most clients meet weekly, at least initially. Some people work with me for several months; others continue for a year or more. We'll talk regularly about your progress and what feels right for where you are.
